The District does not maintain, endorse or have any affiliation with any social media accounts (i.e. Facebook groups or pages, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Any social media accounts, pages or groups utilizing the District’s name (Trail of the Lakes Municipal Utility District, Trail of the Lakes MUD, or TOTLMUD) should not be referenced for information related to the District. To help reduce the impact of flooding within the District, please be reminded that sweeping grass, leaves, grass clippings, yard waste, etc., into a storm drain is a civil solid-waste violation of Texas Municipal Solid Waste rules, (TAC Chapter 330.15 (a)(1)). Civil penalties are $50 to $25,000 per day per violation. Criminal penalties, if pursued, are $500 to $100,000 per day per violation. Please do not dispose of your grass, leaves and other yard waste in such a way, and require the same of any landscaping services you may use.
